It looks like your 2011 Forest River Flagstaff Classic Super Lite does in fact use Lippert Components landing gear.

It sounds like you need the Snap-In Plug for Lionshead Trailer Wheel Center Caps # LHSI60C. This has an outside diameter or 2-1/4" and is designed to fit a hole which is 1-15/16" in diameter on the center cap. While this center cap is chrome you can paint it black like you are looking for.
The only black center cap we have is the Americana # AM90081. This cap has only has an outside diameter of 2-1/16" and is designed to fit a hole 1-7/8" in diameter. view full answer...
According to my research, the GVWR of your Forest River Flagstaff Mac 205 pop-up is 2649 lbs which would represent the maximum the camper could weigh when fully loaded.
Given this, the camper would likely have a 3000 or a 3500 lb capacity axle. You'll want to verify this by checking the ID tag on the axle. The number of leaves really makes no difference to the capacity.

The lights on your Flagstaff HW27SC appear to be the Bargman Tail Light w/ License Bracket - 5 Function - Incandescent part # 30-92-003 the replacement lens for that would be the Replacement Lens for Bargman 92 Series Surface Mount Tail Lights part # 30-92-708. Furrion and iRV are two different companies so the remotes will be different for either system. For a Furrion stereo system you would need part # FR34FR. The iRV32 has been discontinued for some time so we do not currently have any replacement remotes available, but you could reach out to iRV Technologies directly to see if they might still have some in stock. While we do not have a replacement axle which matches the dimensions listed on your axle tag, you should consider having a new Spindle # TRU77FR welded in place of your damaged one. I recommend having the spindle professionally welded to ensure it is on straight. According to your axle tag it is a 3,500lb axle with 2,750lb weight rating and 70" hub face length and 54" spring center length.
